Boy's memories

I’m leaving home
These hills and trees
Sweet songs and loves
Boy’s memories

Steal salty drops
With Glosoli
Night's summer sun
Smiles down on me

With quaking fists
And battered heart
This pilgrim yearns
To stay life's start

Life here is done
To ever be
Just one small part
Boy’s memories

chrees. this is so moving. so sad. kinda like the ice part in king arthur, i guess. it's what makes it good.

Man... leaving home. It's hard. I'm sorry you have to leave. But I'm happy you get to. Make sense?

You should write poetry more often. And I don't like most poetry.

Are you gone yet? Did you at least tell my cat goodbye?

i'm glad for you. glad that i met you. that we were neighbors. that we watched movies together. that we'd sit in the same room together and do our own thing. that we were grocery store buddies.
i'm glad that you will still blog. and that we will be penpals.
but i'm also sad. sad that a lot of its over. but i'm still glad for you. thanks for being my friend, Stoffer.

I talked to Ben on the phone
he says you'll live in motor home
your boyhood casa you will vacate
to hang your hat on a license plate
